Welcome to the resource bank generated by Black Lives Matter Korea (BLM Korea) to help you educate, share, and actively be a part of the movement that uplifts and empowers Black people.
Black Lives Matter (BLM) is about concrete action. Black leaders work together with people who endeavor to be actively anti-racist to create permanent and effective change. In order to do so, we must be armed with the knowledge that enables us to fight efficiently against the systematic oppression in our current social and political climate.
The change-oriented leaders of BLMK Korea asked their members to compile, maintain, and grow a list of resources. The goal is to aid in the education of all that BLM is and relate it to the different communities from which we come. Then one can adapt it to any situation that one could potentially encounter. This set of resources is unique because it has a section geared towards Korea, where we live. It contains many bilingual, member-created resources to help educate Koreans on what it means to fight for Black lives, rights, and ensure that they matter.
And here it is. Welcome to our resource list that is free to access, share, and use.
